good for you.
smoking is gross.
hi milchy, i'm alive. and now perhaps you will be for longer too. what prompted that decision?
i don't understand ciggarettes.
i guess i'm lucky.
quitting smoking was the easiest thing i ever did, and this after 2 packs a day for 16 years. no patches, no gum, no bullshit.
just cut the number of cigarettes you smoke a day in half every day until down to nothing. then, just stay away from everyone else who smokes for a week, and keep a bowl of sunflower seeds or peanuts or something to crack shells of and stick in your craw when you want a cig around your computer, or wherever you hang around and smoke the most.
my cravings were maybe 2-3 days and then they were gone. after about 5 days i never even wanted another smoke when people around me smoked.
i think the "tobacco addiction" thing might be somewhat mythical. it's a habit more than an addiction, and it's easy to break.
or at least it was for me.
well -- we're all facinated by this experiment. go you!
now, now, presley. no cattiness on my page. but here's my question: if you cut your smoking in half day after day, you'll never quit. You'll go from one smoke, to a half smoke, to a quarter smoke, to an eighth smoke, to a sixteenth smoke, and on and on and on.
so why bother?
you relitavists are all the same.
speaking of which. if 666 is in baltimore for passover, and there is no passover this week, where has she gone?
man damn, good luck my brotha.
